Oblion ("we", "us", or "our") is a desktop application. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Oblion operates primarily as a local desktop application. Most data stays on your machine. We may collect:
- Email address — if you sign up for early access via our landing page.
- App usage analytics — anonymized crash reports and feature usage (if enabled).
- WhatsApp session data — stored locally on your device only. We never transmit your session credentials or messages to our servers.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Your WhatsApp messages or contacts
- Proxy credentials or passwords
- API keys you configure in the app
- Any personally identifiable data beyond your email (if provided)
3. How We Use Your Data
- To send you early access download links and product updates (email only)
- To improve app stability via anonymized crash reports
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties
4. Local Storage
All WhatsApp session authentication, proxy configurations, and warm-up job settings are stored locally on your device. We have no access to this data.
5. Third-Party Services
The app may connect to third-party services you configure (e.g. OpenAI for AI messaging). Your use of those services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
6. Data Retention
If you provided your email for early access, we retain it until you request removal. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us at privacy@oblion.io.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect any data we hold. Since most data is stored locally on your device, securing your machine is equally important.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify registered users via email for significant changes.
