By downloading, installing, or using Oblion, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. WhatsApp Terms Compliance
Oblion automates interactions with WhatsApp Web. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. Misuse may result in your WhatsApp accounts being banned or restricted — this is outside our control.
3. Permitted Use
- Managing your own WhatsApp accounts
- Automating warm-up activity between accounts you own or have authorization to manage
- Using the app for legitimate business communication purposes
4. Prohibited Use
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
- Harassment, abuse, or illegal activities via WhatsApp
- Reselling or redistributing the app without written permission
- Reverse engineering or modifying the app
- Using the app to violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. No Warranty
Oblion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all WhatsApp versions, or that your accounts will not be restricted by WhatsApp.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oblion and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to WhatsApp account bans, loss of data, or loss of business.
7. Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to update the app and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for violations of these Terms without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
